📝 Ingredients
For the Salmon:

2 large salmon fillets (skin off or on)

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp Cajun seasoning

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp garlic powder

Salt & black pepper to taste

1 tbsp lemon juice
For the Shrimp:

400–500g large shrimp (peeled & deveined)

1 tbsp butter
-
3 cloves garlic (minced)

½ tsp paprika

½ tsp chili flakes (optional)

Salt & pepper to taste
For the Base:

1 medium onion (thinly sliced)

2 tbsp butter
-
¼ cup chicken broth (or water)

1 tbsp lemon juice
-
Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
👩🍳 Instructions

Preheat Oven to 190°C (375°F).

In a bowl, mix olive oil, Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper & lemon juice.

Rub this mixture generously over the salmon fillets. Set aside.

In a pan, melt butter and sauté sliced onions until soft and lightly golden. Spread them evenly in a baking dish.

Place seasoned salmon on top of the onions.

Toss shrimp with salt, pepper, paprika & chili flakes. Arrange shrimp around the salmon.

Melt butter in a small pan, sauté garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Pour garlic butter over shrimp and salmon.

Add chicken broth around the sides to keep everything juicy.

Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily and shrimp turn pink.
