Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli florets (fresh or frozen, lightly steamed)

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (sharp preferred)

  • 1 cup mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 cup heavy cream or whole milk

  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F. Grease a baking dish.
