INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup brewed green tea cooled
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chopped
  • 1 banana sliced 
  • honey or another sweetener to taste optional
  • ice cubes  optional

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Brew green tea and allow it to cool.
  • Ensure all fruits are prepared and ready to use. If using frozen blueberries, they can help chill the smoothie without additional ice.
  • In a blender, combine the cooled green tea, blueberries, pineapple, and banana. Add a bit of honey if you want more sweetness. If you prefer a frostier texture, add a handful of ice cubes to the blender.
  • Blend all the ingredients on high until smooth. Ensure there are no chunks and the smoothie has a consistent texture.
  • Pour the smoothie into tall glasses and serve immediately for the best flavor and texture!
