🥪 Classic BLT Sandwich (Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato)
📝 Ingredients (for 2 sandwiches):

4 slices of bread (white, sourdough, or whole grain — your choice)

6 slices of bacon

4–6 slices of tomato (ripe, fresh)

4 leaves of crisp lettuce (romaine or iceberg)

2–4 tbsp mayonnaise

Salt & black pepper (to taste)

Optional: avocado slices, fried egg, mustard, or hot sauce
🔪 Instructions:
1. Cook the bacon:

Place bacon strips in a cold pan and turn heat to medium.

Cook until crispy, flipping occasionally (about 8–10 minutes).

Transfer to a paper towel to drain excess fat.
2. Toast the bread:

Lightly toast the bread slices in a toaster or pan until golden brown.
3. Prep the veggies:

Wash and dry lettuce leaves.

Slice tomatoes into medium-thick slices. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
4. Assemble the sandwich:

Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.

Layer lettuce, tomato slices, and bacon on two slices of bread.
