🍌 Banana Oat Mug Cake
No sugar, no flour, no gluten — just clean, wholesome ingredients in a cozy, satisfying dessert made in minutes!
🧾 Ingredients (Serves 2–3 mugs)

4 ripe bananas, mashed 
- 
1 large egg 
- 
⅓ cup (80 ml) milk (dairy or any plant-based alternative) 
- 
1 cup (100 g) rolled oats (gluten-free if needed) 
Optional add-ins (all sugar-free):
- 
½ tsp cinnamon 
- 
1 tsp vanilla extract 
- 
Pinch of salt 
- 
Sugar-free chocolate chips or crushed nuts

✅ Step 1: Mix the Batter

In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.

Add the egg and milk. Whisk to combine.

Stir in the oats and any optional ingredients.
