  • 1 garlic clove

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2–3 tbsp water (to thin out as needed)

  1. Preheat oven: to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  2. Prepare salmon: Chop the salmon into small cubes or pulse in a food processor until finely minced.

  3. Mix: In a bowl, combine salmon, egg, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic, onion, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  4. Shape: Form into small meatballs and place on the baking tray.

  5. Bake: Lightly brush with olive oil and bake for 15–18 minutes, until golden and cooked through.
