Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2️⃣ Prep the Potatoes

Scrub potatoes clean and pat dry.

Pierce each potato 4–5 times with a fork.

Rub the skins with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
3️⃣ Bake
Place directly on oven rack or on a lined baking sheet.
Bake 45–60 minutes, depending on size, until fork-tender.
4️⃣ Make Garlic Butter
While potatoes bake:

Melt butter in a small pan over low heat.
