🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4)

1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets

3 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp cumin

½ tsp chili powder (optional)

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

½ cup grated Parmesan (optional but delicious)

Fresh parsley or lemon wedges for garnish
🔪 Instructions
1️⃣ Prep
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Season
In a large bowl, toss cauliflower with olive oil and all spices.
Spread in a single layer (don’t overcrowd).
3️⃣ Roast
Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Edges should be deeply golden and crispy.
4️⃣ Finish
Sprinkle with Parmesan in the last 5 minutes of baking (optional).
Serve with fresh lemon squeeze and parsley.
