🍎 Baked Apple Pie Roll-Ups (Apple Pie Chimichangas)

1 pack small tortillas (street taco size or 6-inch)

1 can apple pie filling (no-sugar-added or regular)

2–3 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)

Cinnamon sugar mixture:

2 tbsp sugar
-
1 tsp cinnamon
-
(Optional):

Caramel sauce
-
Powdered sugar
-
Extra apples or nuts inside
Instructions
1. Preheat

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Lightly grease or spray a baking pan.
2. Fill the Tortillas

Lay out each tortilla.

Spoon 1–2 tbsp apple pie filling into the center.

Fold the sides inward and roll up like a burrito.

Place seam-side down in the baking pan.
3. Brush + Sprinkle

Brush tops lightly with melted butter.
-
Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over each roll.
4. Bake
Bake for 12–18 minutes, or until:
✔ the tortillas are lightly golden
✔ the filling begins to bubble at the edges
For crispier roll-ups, broil an extra 1–2 minutes at the end.
5. Serve
Serve warm with:

Want less carbs? Use low-carb tortillas like in your picture.
