Ingredients:
– 4-6 apples 
  

– 1/3 cup brown sugar 
– 1 tsp cinnamon 
– Rice paper sheets 
– 2 tbsp cooking oil 
Instructions:
1. Peel and slice apples, then mix with brown sugar and cinnamon 

 .

2. Soak rice paper in water until just pliable (about 10-15 seconds)  .

3. Place softened rice paper on a flat surface, add 1-2 tbsp apple mixture to center  .

4. Fold bottom up, then sides in, then top down to seal  .

5. Brush both sides with oil and place on baking sheet  .

6. Bake at 450°F for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy
