✅ Ingredients:

  • 2 to 3 lb (900g – 1.4kg) beef roast (top round, sirloin, or eye of round work well)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp dried rosemary or thyme (optional)

  • Cooking spray (if needed)

🔥 Step 1: Prep the Roast

  1. Pat the beef roast dry with paper towels.

  2. Rub olive oil all over the roast.

  3. Mix salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and rosemary (if using), then rub evenly on all sides of the meat.
