🧾 Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 2 large yellow or sweet onions

  • ½ cup all-purpose flour

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 tbsp milk

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs (for extra crunch)

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • Cooking spray or olive oil spray

1️⃣ Prep the Onions

  1. Peel onions and slice into ½-inch thick rings.

  2. Separate rings and set aside.


2️⃣ Set Up Breading Station

You’ll need 3 bowls:

  • Bowl 1: Flour + salt + pepper

  • Bowl 2: Whisked eggs + milk

  • Bowl 3: Panko + garlic powder + paprika


3️⃣ Bread the Rings

  1. Dredge onion ring in flour.

  2. Dip into egg mixture.

  3. Coat in panko, pressing gently to stick.

  4. Place on a plate.
