❓ Q & A

Q: Can I make these ahead of time?

Yes! Assemble and refrigerate up to 24 hours before air frying.

Q: Can I freeze lasagna cups?

Absolutely. Freeze after assembling or cooking. Air fry from frozen, adding 3–5 minutes.

Q: Do I need oil?

No — noodles and cheese provide enough moisture. Silicone liners help prevent sticking.

Q: Can I make them vegetarian?

Yes! Skip the meat and add veggies like spinach, zucchini, or mushrooms.

Q: How do I stop them from falling apart?

Let them rest a few minutes after cooking — the cheese sets as they cool.
