🍞🥚 Air Fryer Egg and Toast (5-Minute Breakfast)

Crispy toast + perfectly cooked egg = the easiest breakfast you’ll ever make! Great for busy mornings, meal prep, or a high-protein snack.


🧾 Ingredients (1 serving)

  • 1 slice bread (any: sourdough, whole wheat, white)

  • 1 egg

  • 1–2 tsp butter or olive oil

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Everything bagel seasoning

🍳 Instructions

1. Prep the bread

Use a spoon or the bottom of a cup to press a shallow well in the center of the bread.

2. Add butter

Spread butter lightly around the edges of the bread for extra crispiness.

3. Crack an egg

Crack 1 egg directly into the well.
Season with salt and pepper.

4. Air fry

Air fry at 370°F (185°C) for 5–7 minutes:
