🍗 Air Fryer Chicken Rissoles
Ingredients

1 lb (450 g) ground chicken

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup breadcrumbs

1 egg
-
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)

1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional, for a little zing)

1 tsp paprika

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Cooking spray or a light drizzle of olive oil
Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, combine ground chicken, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, parsley, mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined.

Shape the mixture into small patties or oval rissoles—about the size of your palm.

Lightly spray or brush the air fryer basket with oil to prevent sticking.

Place the rissoles in the basket in a single layer, leaving space between each.

Cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temp should be 165°F/74°C).

Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or salad.
