🧄🧀 Air Fryer Cheesy Garlic Rolls

🛒 Ingredients
For the Rolls

1 can refrigerated biscuit dough or 8 small dinner rolls (uncooked)

1 cup shredded mozzarella
-
¼ cup grated Parmesan
-
Optional: a sprinkle of cheddar
Garlic Butter
-
3 tbsp melted butter
-
2–3 garlic cloves, minced
-
1 tbsp parsley (fresh or dried)
-
½ tsp Italian seasoning
-
Pinch of salt
🍳 Instructions
1. Prepare the Garlic Butter
Mix together:

Melted butter
-
Garlic
-
Parsley
-
Italian seasoning
-
Salt
Set aside.
2. Assemble the Rolls
If using biscuit dough:

Flatten each piece slightly.

Add 1 tablespoon mozzarella inside.

Pinch edges closed to seal into a ball.
If using raw dinner rolls:
-
Gently stuff with cheese (optional) and close tightly.
3. Brush with Garlic Butter

Coat each roll generously with the garlic butter mixture.

Reserve a little for after cooking.
4. Air Fry

Preheat air fryer to 350°F.

Place rolls in the basket not touching.

Cook 6–8 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Tip: Shake or rotate halfway if your air fryer browns unevenly.
5. Finish

Brush with remaining garlic butter.

Sprinkle with Parmesan.

Serve warm and gooey.
