Q & A
Q: How do I make it extra crispy?
A: Dry the cauliflower thoroughly, use panko, and don’t overcrowd the basket. A light oil spray on top helps too.
Q: Can I make it vegan?
A: Yep! Skip the egg and Parmesan. Use plant milk + flour or just oil + breadcrumbs.
Q: Frozen cauliflower—yes or no?
A: It works, but thaw completely and pat very dry. Expect slightly less crunch than fresh.
Q: Can I reheat leftovers?
A: Absolutely. Air fry at 375°F for 3–5 minutes. Avoid the microwave unless you like soggy sadness.
Q: Can I turn this into a meal?
A: Toss with buffalo sauce and serve in tacos, wraps, or over a salad. Add chickpeas for protein.
