2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled (or substitute with turkey bacon)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup ranch dressing
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
4 large flour tortillas
Optional: extra ranch dressing for dipping
𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
Make the Filling:
In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, ranch dressing, shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, and green onions until fully combined.
Assemble the Roll-Ups:
Lay out the tortillas. Divide the filling evenly among them, spreading it out in a thin layer over each tortilla.
Roll and Chill:
Roll each tortilla tightly into a log. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up, which makes slicing easier.
Slice and Serve:
Remove from the refrigerator and slice each roll-up into 1-inch pieces. Arrange on a serving plate. Serve cold with extra ranch dressing for dipping if desired!
