Ingredients:
1 1/2 box Penne Noodles


Cajun Aioli:
Crab Claw
11/2 cups Mayo
3 tosp Creole/Cajun, or whole grain Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp Smoked paprika
1/2 tsp Garlic &onion powder
2 tsp Creole Seasoning
1 1/2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
1/2 cup shallots finely minced

 


Veggies:
1 cup Red Bell Pepper, minced
1 cup Green Bell Pepper, minced
1 cup Yellow & Orange Bell Pepper, minced
1 cup Celery, finely chopped Parsley, for garnish

 


Directions:
1) In a medium mixing bowl, add Mayo, Dijon Mustard, Balsamic Vinegar, Lemon Juice, Tony’s Chachere’s Creole Seasoning, Onion & Garlic Powder, Smoked Paprika, Cayenne Pepper, Veggies, and Crab. Mix until well combined.


2) Add cooked pasta and mix.


3) Garnish with Parsley. Enjoy!
