Ingredients (Makes 6 Muffins):

1 cup self-rising flour (or use 1 cup all-purpose flour + 1½ tsp baking powder + ¼ tsp salt)

1 cup non-fat plain Greek yogurt

â…“ cup reduced-fat shredded mozzarella cheese

12 slices turkey pepperoni, chopped

1 tsp Italian seasoning

Pinch of garlic powder

Optional: Marinara sauce (for dipping, not included in points)
🔥 Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a muffin tin with non-stick spray.

In a bowl, mix flour and Greek yogurt to make dough.

Add in cheese, pepperoni, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix well.

Divide dough into 6 portions and place into muffin tin.

Bake for 18–20 minutes, until golden and cooked through.

Serve warm — enjoy with a little marinara if you like!
