Gouda & Ham Crescent Roll-Ups with Honey Mustard Drizzle

Ingredients:
1 can crescent roll dough (8 rolls)
4 oz Gouda cheese, sliced
4 oz ham, thinly sliced
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp olive oil (for brushing)
Salt and pepper, to taste

 


Instructions: 

1️⃣ Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into individual triangles.

3️⃣ Place a slice of Gouda cheese and a slice of ham on each crescent triangle. Roll them up tightly, starting from the wide end.

4️⃣ Arrange the rolled-up crescent dough on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each one.

5️⃣ Brush the tops of the roll-ups with a bit of olive oil for a golden finish.

6️⃣ Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are golden and puffed.

7️⃣ While the roll-ups are baking, mix together the Dijon mustard and honey in a small bowl until smooth.

8️⃣ Drizzle the honey mustard sauce over the baked Gouda & Ham Crescent Roll-Ups before serving.
