Ingredients

  • 1. 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2. 1 pound pasta (penne, rotini, or ziti)
  • 3. 1 jar (24 ounces) marinara sauce
  • 4. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 5. 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. Cut the boneless, skinless chicken breasts into 1-inch pieces.

2. Measure out 1 pound of pasta (penne, rotini, or ziti).

3. Get a jar of marinara sauce, 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, and 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese ready.

Cook the Chicken and Pasta:
2.1. In a large pot, cook the chicken pieces over medium heat until they are no longer pink.
