Indulge in my easy Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Cheesy Breadsticks – tender dough wrapped around savory steak, caramelized veggies, and gooey cheese. Perfect for game day or dinner!
- 1 lb (450g) pizza dough
- ½ lb (225g) thinly sliced beef steak (ribeye or sirloin)
- ½ cup (80g) sliced onions
- ½ cup (80g) sliced green bell peppers
- 1 cup (100g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup (50g) shredded provolone cheese
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet; cook steak 2-3 minutes until just browned.
- Add onions and peppers; cook 3-4 minutes until softened. Season with salt and pepper.
- Roll dough into 14×10-inch rectangle.
- Layer half the cheese, steak mixture, then remaining cheese on dough, leaving 1-inch border.
- Roll into log lengthwise; seal edges and ends.
- Cut into 8-10 equal pieces; place cut-side up on baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder, salt, and pepper; brush over breadsticks.
- Bake 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool 5 minutes before serving.
