Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) pizza dough
  • ½ lb (225g) thinly sliced beef steak (ribeye or sirloin)
  • ½ cup (80g) sliced onions
  • ½ cup (80g) sliced green bell peppers
  • 1 cup (100g) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup (50g) shredded provolone cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet; cook steak 2-3 minutes until just browned.
  3. Add onions and peppers; cook 3-4 minutes until softened. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Roll dough into 14×10-inch rectangle.
  5. Layer half the cheese, steak mixture, then remaining cheese on dough, leaving 1-inch border.
  6. Roll into log lengthwise; seal edges and ends.
  7. Cut into 8-10 equal pieces; place cut-side up on baking sheet.
  8. Mix melted butter with garlic powder, salt, and pepper; brush over breadsticks.
  9. Bake 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
