Instructions:
Preheat Oven:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook Ground Beef:
Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbled.
Drain excess fat.
Sauté Vegetables:
Add bell peppers, onion, and garlic to the skillet.
Cook until tender. Season with seasoned salt.
Prepare Egg Mixture:
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, Worcestershire sauce, and heavy cream.
Combine Ingredients:
Combine cooked beef and vegetables with egg mixture in a bowl.
Assemble Casserole:
Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
Top with provolone cheese.
Bake:
Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
