Ingredients

  •             1 ½ tsp garlic salt
  •             1 tsp granulated sugar
  •             2 cups all purpose flour
  •             1 package dry active yeast
  •             ¾ cup warm water
  •             1 tbsp Olive Oil
  •             1 tsp garlic powder
  •             4 tbsp butter, salted preferably
  •             1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  •             1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded or grated
  •             2 cups Italian blend cheese, shredded
  •             Parsley for garnish
  •             Marinara for use as a dipping sauce

Instructions

FIRST STEP:

In a medium sized bowl, using a whisk combine the flour, salt, yeast and sugar.

Slowly add in the warm water and stir, mixing until you form a dough

Knead the dough for one minute, using your hands

SECOND STEP:

Form a ball with the dough and place into an oiled medium sized bowl.

Cover with a clean towel and let sit on counter for one hour or until the dough has doubled in size

THIRD STEP:

Preheat the oven to 425*

Roll the dough out on your pizza tray

Melt the butter in a microwave and add in the Italian Seasoning and Garlic Powder

FOURTH STEP:

Spread on the dough using a pastry brush

Sprinkle the buttered dough with the two types of cheeses in an even manner

Sprinkle the parsley on if you are using it

FIFTH STEP:

Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until the dough is lightly browned and the cheese is ooey, gooey melted and slightly golden brown

Cut into stick sized portions and serve with warm marinara
