Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken tenders and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) or air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a shallow dish, mix panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
