❓ Q&A

Q1: Which fish works best?
White fish like cod, haddock, or tilapia works perfectly because it stays tender.

Q2: Can I use frozen shrimp?
Yes, just thaw and pat dry before cooking.

Q3: How do I make it lighter?
Use half-and-half or milk instead of heavy cream (sauce will be thinner).

Q4: Can I add vegetables?
Yes! Spinach, mushrooms, or broccoli go great in this dish.

Q5: How to store leftovers?
Keep in fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat gently to avoid overcooking seafood.
