👨🍳 Instructions

Hard-boil the eggs
Place eggs in a pot, cover with water, bring to a boil, then simmer 9–10 minutes. Cool in ice water and peel. -
Chop or mash
Finely chop eggs or mash with a fork for a smoother texture. -
Mix the creamy base
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, cream cheese, melted butter, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth. -
Add cheese & eggs
Fold in shredded cheese and chopped eggs. -
Season & finish
Add chives/green onion if using. Taste and adjust salt/pepper. -
