Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken tenders (or chicken breast cut into strips)

  3. Egg mixture: In another bowl whisk eggs with milk.

  4. Coat chicken: Dip each chicken tender into the egg mixture, then coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb mixture.

  5. Arrange on tray: Place coated tenders on the baking tray and lightly drizzle with olive oil.

  6. Bake: Cook for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.

  7. Serve: Garnish with parsley and squeeze fresh lemon juice on top.

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
