Mediterranean Salmon Patties.


🛒 Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked salmon (or canned, drained well)

  • 1/3 cup breadcrumbs (or crushed crackers)

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

  • 2 tbsp finely chopped red onion

  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill (or ½ tsp dried)

  • 1 clove garlic (minced)

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)

Step 1: Prepare Mixture

  1. In a bowl, flake the salmon with a fork.

  2. Add breadcrumbs, egg, feta, onion, parsley, dill, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and paprika.

  3. Mix gently until combined.

Step 2: Shape

  1. Form into 6–8 equal patties.

  2. If mixture feels soft, refrigerate for 20–30 minutes.

Step 3: Cook

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

  2. Cook patties 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.

  3. Drain on paper towel.

Mix together:

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp chopped dill

  • 1 small garlic clove (grated)

  • Pinch salt

Serve over patties or as dip.
