Elegant Crab and Shrimp Stuffed Salmon

  • 1 garlic clove (minced)

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

  • 1 tsp lemon zest

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • Salt & black pepper to taste

  1. Preheat Oven:
    Set oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  2. Prepare Salmon:
    Using a sharp knife, carefully cut a pocket into the side of each salmon fillet without slicing all the way through.
