✔ If too thin, add more cornstarch slurry
❓ Q & A
❓ Can I use a different cut of beef?
Yes — chuck roast cut into chunks works beautifully.
❓ Can I freeze leftovers?
Absolutely. Freeze beef and gravy separately from noodles for best texture.
❓ Can I make it without cream soup?
Yes — replace with:
-
1 cup heavy cream
-
OR ½ cup sour cream + extra broth
❓ Can I cook noodles in the crockpot?
Not recommended — they can get mushy. Cook separately.
