🧀 Creamy Velveeta Beef Bowtie Pasta
Rich, cheesy, and comforting — this easy weeknight pasta combines seasoned ground beef, tender bowtie pasta, and ultra-creamy melted Velveeta.
🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4)

12 oz bowtie (farfalle) pasta

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies (like Rotel), undrained

8 oz Velveeta, cubed

1/2 cup milk

1/2 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt & black pepper, to taste

1 tbsp olive oil (if needed)
Optional: chopped parsley, red pepper flakes, extra shredded cheese
🔪 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Pasta
Boil pasta in salted water according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2️⃣ Brown the Beef
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is soft (5–7 minutes). Drain excess grease if needed.
Add garlic and cook 30 seconds more.
3️⃣ Build the Sauce
Stir in diced tomatoes, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer 3–4 minutes.
4️⃣ Make It Creamy
Reduce heat to low. Add Velveeta cubes and milk. Stir until completely melted and smooth.
5️⃣ Combine
Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until evenly coated.
Simmer 1–2 minutes so everything blends together.
6️⃣ Serve
Top with parsley or red pepper flakes if desired. Serve hot.
