🧀 Baked Cracker Sandwiches

Buttery, crispy, cheesy bites that are simple, nostalgic, and totally addictive. Perfect for parties, game day, or holiday trays.


🧾 Ingredients

  • 1 sleeve buttery round crackers (like Ritz-style)

  • 6–8 slices deli ham or turkey (cut into cracker-sized pieces)

  • 6–8 slices Swiss or cheddar cheese (cut to fit crackers)

  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional but recommended)

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp poppy seeds (optional)

  • ½ tsp dried parsley (optional)


🔥 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat Oven
Preheat to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Assemble Sandwiches

  • Lay out half the crackers.

  • Top each with a piece of ham and cheese.

  • Place another cracker on top to form sandwiches.

3️⃣ Make Butter Sauce
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, poppy seeds, and parsley.

4️⃣ Brush & Bake

  • Place sandwiches on baking sheet.

  • Generously brush tops with butter mixture.

  • Bake for 10–12 minutes, until cheese melts and tops are golden.

5️⃣ Serve Warm
Let cool slightly and serve warm for the best gooey center.
