🔥 1) Pan-Frying (Best All-Around Method)

Great for: crispy outside, juicy inside

  1. Add sausages to a cold skillet with a splash of oil or a little water.

  2. Turn heat to medium.

  3. Cook 12–15 minutes, turning every few minutes.

  4. For thicker sausages, cover for the first 5–7 minutes to cook through gently.

  5. Internal temp:

    • Pork/beef: 160°F (71°C)

    • Chicken/turkey: 165°F (74°C)

Tip: If browning too fast, lower heat and add 2–3 tbsp water.

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
