📝 Ingredients

  • 1 pork tenderloin (1–1.5 lbs), trimmed

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

1️⃣ Prep the Pork

  • Pat pork dry with paper towels.

  • Rub with olive oil.

  • Mix seasonings together and coat pork evenly on all sides.
