🌽 Grilled Corn Rings with Garlic and Herbs

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 4 ears fresh corn, husks removed

  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter (melted) or olive oil

  • 3 cloves garlic, finely minced

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

  • 1 tsp fresh thyme or oregano (optional)

  • ½ tsp salt (or to taste)

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional for heat)

  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional, for garnish)

  • Lemon wedges (for serving)


🔪 Instructions

1️⃣ Prep the Corn

  • Trim both ends of each cob.

  • Carefully slice each ear into 3–4 thick rings (about 1½ inches thick).
    Tip: Use a sharp, heavy knife and steady pressure.

2️⃣ Make Garlic Herb Butter

  • In a bowl, mix melted butter (or oil), garlic, parsley, thyme, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.

3️⃣ Grill

  • Preheat grill to medium-high.

  • Lightly oil the grates.

  • Brush corn rings generously with the garlic herb mixture.

  • Grill 8–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until lightly charred and tender.

4️⃣ Finish & Serve

  • Brush with extra garlic butter.

  • Sprinkle Parmesan if desired.

  • Serve warm with fresh lemon wedges.
