❓ Q & A
Q1: Can I use mozzarella instead of burrata?
Yes! Fresh mozzarella works well, but burrata gives a creamier, richer texture.
Q2: How do I keep chicken cutlets juicy?
Do not overcook. Use medium heat and remove once it reaches 165°F (75°C).
Q3: Can I make this ahead of time?
You can cook the chicken and tomato topping in advance. Add burrata just before serving.
Q4: Is this recipe low-carb?
Yes, just skip the flour dredging or use almond flour.
Q5: What sides pair best with this dish?
Garlic butter pasta, risotto, roasted potatoes, or a simple arugula salad.
