Cranberry Turkey Stuffing Balls

Table of Contents

Ingredients (makes ~18–20 balls)

  • 2 cups cooked turkey, finely chopped or shredded

  • 2 cups prepared stuffing (cooled)

  • ½ cup dried cranberries (chopped if large)

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella or mild cheddar

  • 1 egg, lightly beaten

  • 2 tbsp melted butter or olive oil

  • 1–2 tbsp chicken broth (if mixture feels dry)

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Optional add-ins

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley or thyme

  • ¼ tsp poultry seasoning

  • Pinch of garlic powder

How to make them

  1. Heat oven to 190°C / 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.

  2. Mix everything
In a bowl, combine turkey, stuffing, cranberries, cheese, egg, butter, and seasonings.
Mixture should hold together when rolled—add broth if needed.

  3. Roll & bake
Roll into golf-ball-sized portions and place on the tray.
Bake 20–25 minutes, turning once, until golden and crisp.

Dipping sauces (highly encouraged)

  • Warm gravy (classic)

  • Cranberry sauce + Dijon swirl

  • Garlic aioli

  • Honey mustard

  • Sage butter sauce (very fancy, very worth it)

Make them extra good

  • Air fryer: 180°C / 350°F for 12–15 minutes

  • Pan-fry finish: bake first, then crisp in butter

  • Cheese pull: tuck a mozzarella cube inside each ball
