Cranberry Turkey Stuffing Balls
Ingredients (makes ~18–20 balls)

2 cups cooked turkey, finely chopped or shredded

2 cups prepared stuffing (cooled)

½ cup dried cranberries (chopped if large)

½ cup shredded mozzarella or mild cheddar

1 egg, lightly beaten

2 tbsp melted butter or olive oil

1–2 tbsp chicken broth (if mixture feels dry)

Salt & pepper, to taste
Optional add-ins

1 tbsp fresh parsley or thyme

¼ tsp poultry seasoning

Pinch of garlic powder
How to make them

Heat oven to 190°C / 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.

Mix everything
In a bowl, combine turkey, stuffing, cranberries, cheese, egg, butter, and seasonings.
Mixture should hold together when rolled—add broth if needed. -
Roll & bake
Roll into golf-ball-sized portions and place on the tray.
Bake 20–25 minutes, turning once, until golden and crisp.

Make them extra good

Air fryer: 180°C / 350°F for 12–15 minutes

Pan-fry finish: bake first, then crisp in butter
