Air Fryer Potato Slices (Crispy & Easy)
Ingredients

2–3 medium potatoes (russet = extra crispy, Yukon gold = creamy inside)

1–2 tbsp olive oil

½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)

½ tsp paprika

¼ tsp garlic powder

Black pepper, to taste

Optional glow-ups: chili flakes, rosemary, parmesan, onion powder
Instructions

Slice the potatoes
About ¼ inch thick is the sweet spot. Too thin = chips, too thick = less crisp. -
Soak (optional but clutch)
Soak slices in cold water for 20–30 min to remove excess starch. Drain and pat very dry. -
Season
Toss potatoes with oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, pepper, and any extras you’re feeling. -
Air fry

Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C)

Arrange slices in a single layer (work in batches if needed)

Cook 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway

Finish strong
Air fry an extra 2–3 minutes if you want max crunch. Add parmesan or fresh herbs right after.
