Q & A
Q: Why use both butter and oil?
A: Butter = flavor, oil = prevents burning. Best of both worlds.
Q: Can I use frozen mushrooms?
A: Fresh is best. Frozen release too much water and won’t roast properly.
Q: How do I keep them from getting soggy?
A:
-
Don’t overcrowd the basket
-
High heat
-
Shake halfway
Q: Can I add cheese?
A: YES 😍 Add grated parmesan in the last 2 minutes.
Q: Are these good for meal prep?
A: They’re best fresh, but reheat well at 350°F / 175°C for 3–4 minutes.
Q: What do I serve them with?
A:
-
Steak or chicken
-
Pasta or risotto
-
On toast with a fried egg
-
As a snack straight from the basket (no judgment)
