🍯🍋 Honey Lemon Turmeric Gummies

Ingredients (makes ~20–25 gummies)

  • 1 cup water or fresh lemon juice + water (½ & ½)

  • 1½ tbsp fresh lemon juice (or to taste)

  • 2 tbsp raw honey (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tsp ground turmeric

  • ¼ tsp ground ginger (optional)

  • Pinch black pepper (important for turmeric absorption)

  • 3 tbsp unflavored gelatin powder

  • Optional:

    • ½ tsp lemon zest

    • ¼ tsp vanilla for smoothness


Instructions

1️⃣ Bloom the gelatin

  1. Pour ½ cup cold liquid into a saucepan.

  2. Sprinkle gelatin evenly over the surface.

  3. Let sit 5–10 minutes until spongy.


2️⃣ Heat & mix

  1. Add remaining liquid to the pan.

  2. Warm gently over low heat (do NOT boil).

  3. Whisk in honey, turmeric, ginger, black pepper, and lemon zest.

  4. Stir until gelatin is fully dissolved and mixture is smooth.


3️⃣ Mold & chill

  1. Remove from heat.

  2. Pour into silicone gummy molds (or a lined small dish).

  3. Refrigerate 2–3 hours until fully set.


4️⃣ Store

  • Remove from molds.

  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 7–10 days.
