Ingredients

  • 500 g ground chicken

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or mozzarella / mix)

  • ½ cup breadcrumbs (or almond flour for low-carb)

  • 1 egg

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 small onion, very finely chopped

  • 2 tbsp milk

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning

  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  4. Scoop and roll into small meatballs (about 1½ tbsp each).
