In a bowl, combine bread cubes, sautéed onion, herbs, salt, pepper, and parsley. -

Add egg and slowly pour in broth until mixture is moist but not soggy. -
Shape:
Roll into golf-ball-size balls and place on a greased baking tray. -
Bake:
Brush with olive oil and bake at 190°C (375°F) for 25–30 minutes, turning once, until golden and crispy.
