Creamy Cinnamon Overnight Oats (1 jar)
Ingredients

½ cup rolled oats

½ cup milk (dairy or almond/oat)

¼ cup Greek yogurt (or regular yogurt)

1 tbsp chia seeds (optional but great for thickness)

1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)

¼ tsp cinnamon

Pinch of salt

Optional topping: extra yogurt/whipped cream + cinnamon sprinkle
Instructions

Add oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, sweetener, cinnamon, and salt to a jar.

Stir really well (get the bottom!).

Seal and refrigerate at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.

In the morning, stir again. Add a splash of milk if needed.

Top with yogurt or whipped cream and a dusting of cinnamon.

A: Yep! Microwave 30–60 seconds after soaking. Add a little milk before heating.
