Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into bite-size florets

Instructions (Oven Method)

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C / 425°F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  2. Season cauliflower: In a large bowl, toss florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and chili flakes.

  3. Add Parmesan: Sprinkle Parmesan over the cauliflower and toss until well coated.

  4. Roast: Spread florets in a single layer. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.

  5. Serve hot with extra Parmesan and parsley if desired.
