🛒 Ingredients (Serves 2–3)

1 can chickpeas, drained & rinsed

1 block feta cheese (180–200g), kept whole

1 cup cherry tomatoes (optional but amazing)

3 tbsp olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp chili flakes (optional)

½ tsp dried oregano or thyme

Salt & black pepper, to taste

👩🍳 Instructions

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

In a baking dish, add chickpeas and cherry tomatoes.

Toss with olive oil, garlic, paprika, chili flakes, oregano, salt & pepper.

Place the feta block in the center of the dish.

Drizzle a little olive oil over the feta.

Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until chickpeas are lightly crispy and feta is soft and golden.

Gently mash the feta and mix everything together.
