Lemon & Garlic Chicken Bites

Ingredients

  • 500 g boneless chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-size pieces

  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter

  • 1 tbsp lemon zest

  • 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)

  • ½ tsp dried oregano or thyme

  • Salt & black pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season Chicken
Toss chicken pieces with salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, and chili flakes.

  2. Sear
Heat olive oil or butter in a large pan over medium-high heat.
Add chicken and cook 5–6 minutes, turning until golden and cooked through.

  3. Garlic Time
Lower heat slightly, add minced garlic, and sauté for 30 seconds (don’t let it burn).

  4. Lemon Boost
Stir in lemon juice and zest. Let it bubble for 1–2 minutes so the sauce lightly coats the chicken.

  5. Finish
Taste, adjust seasoning, and garnish with fresh parsley.
