🧾 Ingredients

250 g pasta (penne, fusilli, or rigatoni)

2 tbsp olive oil

2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced

1 tsp dried oregano
-
½ tsp paprika

½ tsp garlic powder

Salt & black pepper, to taste

2 cups broccoli florets
-
3 cloves garlic, minced
-
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
-
¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes, sliced

Zest of 1 lemon
-
Juice of ½ lemon

¼ cup chicken broth or pasta water
-
⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese
-
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or basil

Optional: chili flakes for heat
👩🍳 Instructions

Cook Pasta
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Add broccoli in the last 2 minutes. Drain, reserving ¼ cup pasta water. -
Cook Chicken
Heat olive oil in a large pan. Season chicken with oregano, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Sauté 5–6 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside. -
Build the Sauce
In the same pan, add garlic and sauté 30 seconds.
Add cherry tomatoes and sun-dried tomatoes; cook 2–3 minutes until softened. -
Combine
Return chicken to the pan. Add pasta, broccoli, lemon zest, lemon juice, and broth/pasta water.
Toss well and simmer 2 minutes until lightly saucy. -
Finish
Turn off heat. Sprinkle feta and fresh herbs. Add chili flakes if using.
