Crustless Feta and Spinach Breakfast Quiche

🥗 Ingredients (Serves 4–6)

  • 6 large eggs

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

  • ¾ cup feta cheese, crumbled

  • ½ cup milk or cream

  • ¼ cup onion, finely chopped (optional)

  • 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)

  • ¼ cup bell pepper, finely chopped (optional)

  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter

  • Salt, to taste

  • Black pepper, to taste

  • ½ tsp paprika or chili flakes (optional)

  • ¼ tsp nutmeg (optional but great flavor)

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish or pie pan.
